Buses

Oklahoma City Metro Transit offers the cheapest travel option for getting to downtown Oklahoma from Will Rogers World Airport, with daily service serving all points between the airport and the city along Meridian avenue. In addition, Jefferson Bus Company runs to Lawton in Oklahoma and Wichita Falls in Texas; services run by both bus operators go from the Transportation Plaza, near the Baggage Claim exit.

Shuttle Buses

For added convenience, public vans meet all scheduled flights and run to destinations throughout the city; pre-booking is necessary. Private shuttles also operate between Will Rogers World Airport and Oklahoma City and include: Airport Express, Marriott at the NCED and Metro Express.

All of the large hotels near to the airport offer courtesy shuttles for guests, as do several hotel establishments in downtown Oklahoma City and its surroundings. It is best to confirm with your hotel upon booking whether they provide this service or not; information can also be provided at the Travelers Aid Information Desk in the Baggage Reclaim area.

Taxi Cabs

Taxis are readily available to offer fast transport from Will Rogers World Airport and are accessible from the Transportation Plaza on the central island, outside Baggage Reclaim. The main taxi cab providers are: A-1 Taxi Service, Checker Cab and Yellow Cab, and fare schedules are clearly posted inside taxis.
